Rich McMillin

Rich McMillin has extensive experience in information technology leadership, particularly within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. At BorgWarner, McMillin served as Vice President of IT for the Morse Business Unit and the Performance and Strategy Office from October 2020 to February 2023, following the role of Sr. Director of IT at Morse Systems. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of IT for Corporate Functions and IT Director for TSA Separation at Delphi Technologies from April 2018 to October 2020. McMillin's career at Delphi began in June 2007, progressing from Global Applications Service Manager to various IT management positions, demonstrating expertise in managing substantial budgets, vendor relations, and service performance. McMillin holds an MBA from The University of Texas at El Paso and a degree from Kettering University.
