Ross Solanskey

Ross Solanskey is currently the Engineering System Project Lead at BorgWarner Inc., where they lead multi-discipline engineering teams on High Voltage Heater (HVH) programs and manage all engineering aspects of these projects. Previously, Ross served as a Product Engineer focused on exhaust sensors and as a Mechanical System Development Lead, where they supported OEM customers and ensured compliance with industry standards. Ross has held various engineering roles, including a Process Development & Manufacturing Engineer at Delphi and a Student Mechanical Engineer at Oakland University. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Chemistry, followed by a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Oakland University.
