Rushin Sureja

Rushin Sureja is a Technical Leader - eHW Architect at BorgWarner, responsible for designing Building Block Architecture for inverter systems and translating system-level requirements into hardware specifications. Sureja conducts Hardware Functional Checkouts for ECU samples and aligns Factory Test Software requirements with in-house capabilities. Previously, as an eHW Engineer and Functional Safety Engineer, Sureja led efforts in hardware abstraction and Functional Safety, delivering critical artifacts aligned with ISO 26262 standards. Sureja also managed customer documentation and requirement derivation as a System Engineer. Prior experience includes a project trainee role at Delphi, focusing on configuring ASICs within ECM architecture and optimizing microcontroller functionalities. Rushin Sureja holds an M.Tech in Power Electronics and Drives from Vellore Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
