Ryan Westphal

Ryan Westphal has extensive experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at PherDal Fertility Science since April 2022. At BorgWarner Inc., where Ryan has held multiple roles since July 2011, responsibilities include leading a team of Applications Engineers and Product Designers to deliver engineering solutions on time and within budget. Key achievements at BorgWarner include the successful launch of multiple EGR cooler programs, as well as the development of critical engineering documentation. Previous experience includes a role as a Product Development Engineer at International Truck and Engine, and as an Applications Engineer at Fontana USA, focusing on vendor development and manufacturing feasibility. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University, obtained in 2008.
