Sanjay Gupta has over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Sr Commodity Manager for Steel, Powder Metal, CapEx, and Indirect Material at BorgWarner since September 2020. Prior to this, Sanjay held several key roles at Delphi from January 2001 to September 2020, including Global Total Cost Management Manager, where leadership of a cross-functional team led to significant cost reductions in direct material purchases for Powertrain Systems. As Global Gas EMS Business Planning Manager, collaboration with various departments supported double-digit growth targets for a $XXB division, while the role of Global Engineering Lean Development Manager involved leading lean transformation initiatives for Delphi Powertrain Systems. Sanjay holds an M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tri State University.
