Prior to this role, Steve held various managerial positions at Delphi Technologies and Delphi Diesel Systems, with responsibilities ranging from Manufacturing Shift Manager to A&T Shift Manager. Steve's earlier career includes critical roles at Lucas Diesel Systems and Presswelds, where manufacturing operations and management were key focuses.
