Beginning a career in quality control at Menicon, Thomas progressed to senior positions, including Senior Product Quality Engineer at Hutchinson and Leiter Qualitätsmanagement at KISICO. Thomas's substantial expertise was further developed at BOS GmbH & Co. KG, serving as Production & Kaizen Manager, Projektmanager, and Engineering Unit Leiter, and later in Q-Management from January 2010 to June 2020. From June 2020 to December 2023, Thomas held the position of Quality Manager at TE Connectivity. Currently, Thomas serves as Supervisor Production Quality at BorgWarner since January 2024.
