Tomás Cheio is an engineer in Manufacturing & Quality Operations at BorgWarner since February 2024, with prior experience in internal logistics through both professional and curricular internships. Tomás is an active member of ENGeniUM, contributing to winning teams in the "The Clash" competitions focused on sustainable innovations for smart cities. Additionally, Tomás has engaged with ESTIEM and NEEGIUM/LG Minho, participating in workshops and serving in various leadership roles, including Vice President and Project Leader for significant events. Experience also includes project-based learning initiatives with IBG International Business Group and Polopique, as well as a summer internship in Quality Management at Quinta dos Açores. Tomás holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Universidade do Minho, complemented by an ERASMUS+ exchange semester at the Technical University of Liberec.
