Borisoff Design Studio is a hospitality-focused interior design firm led by Lauren Borisoff, a Cornell University graduate with 20 years of experience shaping restaurants, hotels, branded entertainment venues, and luxury residences for some of the most recognized names in the industry.

Our portfolio includes work for Jose Andres Group (Bazaar Meat, Bazaar Mar, and Zaytinya in multiple cities), Caesars Entertainment (the 22,300 sq ft Caesars Sportsbook at Chase Field, Arizona’s largest freestanding sportsbook), SBE Entertainment Group (SLS Hotels, Delano, Mondrian, Katsuya, Hyde), Cohn Restaurant Group (Westroot Tavern, Vintana Wine + Dine), and Marriott International (W Hotels, Westin Projects).

Lauren’s career spans leadership roles directing nationwide interior design and FF&E programs for SBE, managing collaborations with Philippe Starck, Rockwell Group, and Lenny Kravitz Design, and serving as Decorative and Branding Manager for Hilton Hotels’ luxury portfolio. Before entering hospitality, she spent six years with Polo Ralph Lauren’s creative services team in New York City.

Our work isn’t bound by a single look; it is as diverse as the clients we serve. We find inspiration everywhere in your personal interests, a brand narrative, the local landscape, or a cherished object. To us, a well-designed space must tell a story. We achieve this through deliberate selections, custom craftsmanship, and thoughtful layering. Whatever the project, our goal is to create environments that are deeply reflective, highly personal, and universally welcoming.

Our interior design services include concept development, brand identity and spatial strategy, custom furniture design and fabrication, graphic design and custom signage, FF&E Procurement, project management, and installation coordination, and styling.

We cater to our relationships with mindfulness and a passion for all types of design. While based in Las Vegas, our diversely elevated designs are discoverable worldwide.
