“Born Boundless” are the words that Shamyra Parker teaches to women, teens and girls--it’s also the message with which she harmonizes with them. This message has inspired, encouraged, and motivated thousands across the nation to reach their highest potential, despite the most difficult of emotional, physical or spiritual circumstances.

Her approach is one of context, understanding, and empathy. As a survivor of her own difficult circumstances, Shamyra has learned the power of making your story your own and is determined to help others start authoring their lives right where they’re at, RIGHT NOW.

While she has a heart for all, it is steadily pulled toward the yet-discovered inner strength and resilience muscles of young women who are not only seeking answers, but struggling to ask the right questions. Theirs are the voices, talents, and achievements that Shamyra unshackles through her work. Their stories are what Shamyra helps them re-define and write on their own terms, all while encouraging their discovery that their dynamic potential is boundless.

Shamyra also works closely with organizations that are invested in wellness initiatives that serve their employees and help them lead more healthy, balanced lives. Understanding that mental and emotional well-being are the cornerstones of whole health, she takes an approach that focuses on self-care and habit development as strategies to spur change.
