Investment Thesis

We plan to invest strategically in modern weapons technologies, aligning with recommendations from US licensing authorities to identify specific companies and technological opportunities. The investment approach is two-pronged: first, direct pre-IPO debt investments (convertible at a substantial discount upon listing) into cutting-edge defense and technology startups; and second, trade finance operations that will generate revenue by financing purchase orders across various companies.
