Gregory Hamilton

Gregory Hamilton is a seasoned professional in research and human factors, currently serving as the Director of Research & Human Factors at BORN since November 2023. With extensive experience at Mad*Pow from June 2017, where roles included Managing Director and Director of Experience Research & Human Factors, Gregory has led human-centered research across various industries including automotive, medical devices, healthcare, and eCommerce. Previous positions include Human Factors Engineering Specialist at Radius Innovation & Development, Research Assistant at the User Experience Center at Bentley University, and Annual Fund Manager at the Danforth Museum of Art. Gregory holds a Master’s Degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a Design Certificate in Graphic Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, among other educational qualifications.
