Michael Tsang, CSM, is an experienced Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at BORN Group since May 2019. Prior to this, Tsang held the position of Technical Project Manager at PINCHme from April 2018 to May 2019, and served as Operations Manager at Acadaca in 2017, where valuable experience was gained managing deployments for e-commerce platforms. With a long tenure at Freestyle Solutions from March 2005 to January 2017, Tsang advanced through various roles, including Project Manager and Product Owner for a multi-million dollar SaaS order management system, and Business Analyst overseeing an offshore team using the SCRUM framework.
