Robert Jackson

Robert Jackson is the Chief Executive Officer of Borough Care. They provide strategic leadership, governance oversight, and financial stewardship to ensure the organisation's vision and objectives are delivered. They previously served as Managing Director of MioCare Group from 2023 to 2025, and as Director of Care there. Their leadership experience included senior roles at The Children's Society (Assistant Director 2008–2013, Programme Manager, and Service Director) and as Chief Executive at Kickstart (2002–2006). Their education included an MA in Development, Administration and Management from the University of Manchester (1999–2000), a BSc in Building Surveying from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle (1993–1997), and the Emerging Strategic Leaders programme at Windsor Leadership (2018).
