Katy Innes

Katy Innes has held a variety of roles since 2010. At Public Outreach Fundraising, they began as a Recruiter, then became a Fundraiser, followed by the roles of Recruitment Strategy and Marketing Manager, Recruitment Strategy & Marketing Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager of National Recruitment. In 2013, they took on the role of Junior Sales Representative and Social Media Strategist at TribeHR. In 2015, they moved to TalentEgg as an Account Director. The following year, they began working at NetSuite as a Technical Recruiter. In 2017, they took on a similar role at Top Hat. Finally, in 2018, they joined Borrowell as Talent Acquisition Lead, then moved up to Talent Acquisition Manager and Technical Recruiter.

Katy Innes attended York University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a BA in Specialized Honours Kinesiology and Health Sciences.
