Sofie Rud

Sofie Rud is an experienced communications professional and founder of Rud Relations, a Copenhagen/NYC-based agency that advises European companies on strategic communication and market entry in the US. Currently, Sofie serves as a USA-kommentator for TV 2 Danmark and a foredragsholder for Athenas Danmark. Additionally, Sofie hosts the "Morgenbriefing" podcast for Børsen and has held prominent roles, including Head of Communications at the Global Maritime Forum and Group Head of Communications at STARK GROUP. With a strong background in journalism, including a Master's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Danmarks Journalisthøjskole, Sofie is furthering education with a Master's degree in American Studies at the University of Southern Denmark. Previous roles include Senior Equity Analyst and US Correspondent for Børsen and Director of Communications for the Danish Shipowners Association.
