Michael Walsh has over 20 years of work experience in the aerospace and technology industries. Michael began their career in 1997 as the Director of Zip Product Manager and Customer Satisfaction at Iomega Corporation. In 2000, they were the Managing Director of Account Management and Business Development at Ask Jeeves. From 2001 to 2007, they were the Business Unit Director of Flight Control Development and Sustaining Programs at Parker Aerospace. In 2007, they founded and built the rapidly growing durable medical equipment company, Western Diabetic Supplies Corp. From 2012 to 2018, they were the President of Optica Management. From 2014 to 2021, they were the Airbus A350 Program Manager at Northrup Corporation (formerly Orbital ATK). During this time, they grew the composite aircraft structures shipsets for Airbus A350 program from 12 to 144 shipsets/year ($60M/yr business). Michael also managed key customer relationships and led negotiation teams for several new business proposals and prior claims. From 2018 to 2021, they were the CEO of Bear Claw Technologies, LLC. Currently, they are the VP Strategy, Program Manager at Borsight, Inc.

Michael Walsh obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Florida between 1982 and 1987. Michael then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
