Lynn Duke

Lynn Duke started her career with the Clarke County School District and was selected for multiple leadership roles across the district. After a lengthy career in Technology Services, she was offered the opportunity to lead Human Resources. This is where Duke found her true passion. She led their Human Resources for 10 years before retiring from Clarke County School District with 30 years of service.

Duke joined BOS in April of 2022 as their Human Resources Manager, and she holds a BS in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. In 2020, she earned a SHRM-SCP certification.
