Arjun Kumar has a diverse range of work experience in the marketing industry. Arjun began their career as a Marketing and Sales Engineer at TVS - SUNDARAM BRAKE LININGS, where they were responsible for managing 60% of the OEM business and successfully growing the aftermarket business during a downturn in the market.

Arjun later joined Ashok Leyland John Deere Construction Equipment Company Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager, Marketing, where they played a key role in creating the brand manual, launching new products, and disrupting the dominant market leader through a creative positioning campaign for the service business.

Arjun then moved to Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt Ltd as a Brand Manager, where they faced the challenge of establishing the brand of BharatBenz from scratch while repositioning Mercedes-Benz in the competitive CV world. Arjun was able to create award-winning campaigns that increased mind and market share.

Arjun then transitioned to Bosch India as a Marketing Lead, where they successfully reinvented a well-established legacy brand in the automotive aftermarket retail sector. Arjun achieved significant growth in market share in new and struggling categories.

Currently, Arjun is working at Bosch Global Software Technologies as a Team Lead- Strategic Marketing, where they are helping the company pivot to a technology provider and construct a complete customer journey with unique narratives.
