Lathika is a Senior Software Engineer at Bosch Global Software Technologies since September 2020, specializing in adapting automation frameworks for communication and diagnostics in the automotive steering domain. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Developer focusing on BSW development for automotive ECUs and diagnostics handling based on the UDS protocol, as well as RTE development and requirements handling using IBM DOORS. Lathika began a career as a Project Trainee at Bosch, contributing to the development of AUTOSAR Basic software services and engaging in Agile Scrum practices. Lathika holds a Master of Technology in Embedded Systems from Amrita University and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from GEC Raipur.
