LB Chew is a Finance and Accounting Leader with over 20 years of extensive experience in accounting, finance, staffing, and business HR within multinational corporations in the US and Germany. Currently serving as the Malaysia Accounting Reporting Manager at Bosch Malaysia since 2020, LB manages multiple plants and legal entities while navigating organizational changes and supporting growth initiatives. Previously, LB held the position of Malaysia Accounting Country Manager at Bosch Malaysia and Head of Finance Department at Bosch Power Tools, demonstrating strong leadership and a proven ability to drive efficiency in complex environments. LB also possesses an MBA and is a certified Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, holding a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
