Rob Bertens

Rob Bertens has extensive experience in product management and portfolio leadership, currently serving as Team Lead for Global Product Portfolio Management at Bosch Security Systems since September 2012. In this role, Rob oversees strategic portfolio planning for the fixed camera product category, aligning business objectives and revenue targets. Previously, Rob held the position of Global Product Manager, driving the introduction of new surveillance cameras and managing the product lifecycle, while ensuring collaboration across various disciplines and implementing continuous improvement processes. Early career experience includes project management roles at Efteling, research positions at Unilever and Innovation Factory, as well as management trainee positions in Portugal and the Netherlands. Rob holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology and has completed additional studies in Industrial Engineering.
