Timothy Elder has extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning, currently serving as a Global Sales Controller at Bosch Security and Safety Systems, focusing on revenue and profit growth for the Access and Intrusion business. Previous roles include Director of Budget and Financial Analysis at Excellus BCBS, where oversight of an $800 million administrative expense budget was managed, and as Director of Finance and Decision Support at Lifetime Health Medical Group. Timothy has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and business intelligence, successfully leading initiatives to improve pricing methodologies and sales reporting processes. Timothy holds an MBA in Finance, Corporate Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BS in Applied Mathematics from the State University of New York at Oswego.
