Ahmed Elsayed is currently the Group Lead for Wide-Band-Gap Device & Technology Development at Bosch, where they focus on advancing semiconductor technologies. Previously, they held positions at Infineon Technologies as an Automotive IGBT Technology Developer and at Bosch as a Team Lead for WBG Technology Development. Ahmed earned their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from The German University in Cairo, following a Bachelor of Science in Information Engineering and Technology with Highest Honors from the same institution. They also completed a doctoral degree in Semiconductors and Power Electronics at the University of Stuttgart. Prior to their current role, Ahmed worked as a Scientific Researcher at the Institute for Semiconductor Engineering, specializing in semiconductor growth and fabrication technologies.
