Andreia Sousa

Andreia Sousa is a Chemical Engineer and the Global Quality Owner at Bosch Home Comfort, where they participate in development projects, lead product improvement efforts, and support new employee training. Previously, Andreia worked as an NPD Engineer at KEMET Electronics Corporation, focusing on research and product development, and held an internship at iBET, where they optimized protein production using E. coli. Andreia developed their master thesis during an Erasmus+ exchange at the Università degli Studi di Cagliari, researching the SHARON-Anammox process. They also contributed as a Research Assistant at FCT NOVA, implementing a project on sensor purification using ultrafiltration. In addition to their engineering work, Andreia is currently writing a horror story set to be published in the Fall of 2022.
