Apurva Roy

Apurva Roy is a development engineer at Bosch, specializing in wafer technology for next-generation pressure and inertial sensors since August 2021. Prior to this role, Apurva gained experience as an intern at Bosch, focusing on optimizing Hall measurement setups and simulating GaN/SiC devices. Apurva also served as a graduate student research assistant at RWTH Aachen University, contributing to the characterization and processing of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs, and was involved in developing current compliance circuits for ReRAM electrical characterization. Leadership skills were demonstrated as the team leader for AixSense, representing Germany in the international SensUs biosensor competition. Apurva holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar.
