Apurva Roy is a development engineer at Bosch, specializing in wafer technology for next-generation pressure and inertial sensors since August 2021. Prior to this role, Apurva gained experience as an intern at Bosch, focusing on optimizing Hall measurement setups and simulating GaN/SiC devices. Apurva also served as a graduate student research assistant at RWTH Aachen University, contributing to the characterization and processing of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs, and was involved in developing current compliance circuits for ReRAM electrical characterization.
