Bernd Thomas

Bernd Thomas is a Senior Expert in SiC Epitaxy at Bosch, where they have been since 2017. Previously, Bernd held positions including R&D Manager and Senior SiC Development Specialist at Dow Corning from 2016 to 2017, and Project Manager at SiCED GmbH from 2000 to 2011. Bernd began their career as a Research Scientist at the Helmholtz Association from 1993 to 1997 and further advanced to Senior Research Scientist at the Leibniz Institute for Crystal Growth from 1997 to 2000. They earned a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Freie Universität Berlin and a Master's degree in Crystallography from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
