Bogdan Simion

Bogdan Simion is an experienced professional in the field of quality management and process engineering with a tenure at Bosch since August 2016, currently serving as a Sample Shop Quality Coordinator. This role involves guiding the sample shop through quality management systems, coaching on problem-solving techniques, and acting as a quality gate for prototype issues. Bogdan also has a strong background in soldering processes, having held positions as a Process Engineer, where responsibilities included improving multiwave selective soldering processes with a pending patent, and as a Process Technician. Prior to Bosch, Bogdan worked as a Technical Support specialist at Telekom Romania.
