Carolin Kellner

Carolin Kellner currently serves as the Operations Lead for Sales & Controlling at Bosch Climate Solutions, a consultancy focused on sustainability for the German mid-market since July 2022. Previously, Carolin held the position of Sales Manager at Deutscher Sparkassenverlag within the DSV Group from July 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included change management and business development. Carolin’s earlier experience encompasses a role as Product Manager at IBM, and as an Account Manager at DeskCenter Solution AG and IBM, where a focus was placed on sales of hardware and software solutions for mid-sized businesses and major industrial clients. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in General Management from Steinbeis Hochschule and a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication Management from SRH Hochschule Calw, along with training as a Bankkauffrau at Stuttgarter Volksbank AG. A brief sabbatical was taken in 2016 for caregiving and travel.
