Christopher Maier

Christopher Maier is a seasoned leader in the fields of energy and building solutions, currently serving as General Manager of the Solution Business Region South at Bosch since June 2020. With a strong emphasis on growth, digitalization, and transformation, Christopher delivers innovative security, software, and IoT solutions. Previous roles include Director and Head of New Services at Bosch, where strategic development for digital transformation was a focus, and Head of Strategy & Business Development for Bosch Energy and Building Solutions. Christopher's career also includes leadership positions at LEONI, where a new digital solutions division was established, and the co-founding of Generation Ventures AG, a software startup. An academic background features a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth and visiting research fellowships at The University of Auckland and the University of Regina. Additionally, Christopher contributes as a member of the Advisory Board at Susteco Solutions GmbH.
