Fernando J. is a seasoned Manufacturing Section Manager at Robert Bosch do Brasil, where they have led a team of 150 members since 1986 and have implemented Lean manufacturing practices. They are responsible for ensuring quality and delivery KPIs, preparing production budgets, and training plant personnel.
