Franziska Bauer

Franziska Bauer currently serves as the Global Lead for Change Management and Communication in the GBS Transformation at Bosch since August 2022. Prior to this role, Franziska held positions including Change Manager and Project Manager focused on organizational development within the Robert Bosch Stiftung from October 2016 to August 2022. During this period, Franziska participated in a two-year Graduate Program in Non-Profit Management, gaining experience across multiple departments, including Education and Strategic Communications. Previous roles include a working student in recruiting and HR marketing at sovanta AG and an intern in international projects at Baden-Württemberg International. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Management and Psychology from the University of Mannheim, a certification in nutritional consulting, and coursework in Change Management and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School.
