Fred Proeger

Fred Proeger has extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as Chief Engineer and Sales as well as Senior Manager for Product Management at Bosch since March 2008. Proeger has led key initiatives such as a global Off-Road Study and has successfully established future development targets for common rail fuel injection systems, achieving alignment at the executive vice president level. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager, where Proeger directed a multicultural development team on a significant project resulting in successful series production for a European customer, and Team Manager at Bosch Österreich, responsible for injector investigations. Proeger began their career at Bosch with roles as Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Reliability and Test Engineer for diesel fuel injection systems. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, obtained between 1991 and 1999.
