Gerald Schickert

Gerald Schickert is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in controlling and shared services across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Controlling Services, Process Excellence Book-To-Report at Bosch since February 2016, Gerald leads global service management initiatives and drives improvements in controlling and reporting within the Bosch group. Prior to Bosch, Gerald held various leadership roles at IBM, including CFO for Strategic Outsourcing in DACH and Head of Shared Services Center Finance & Planning for EMEA, overseeing significant teams and driving transformation projects. With a strong foundation in finance and business administration from institutions such as the University of Augsburg and the Hackett Institute, along with relevant certifications, Gerald brings a wealth of knowledge to the finance and controlling sectors.
