Karsten Bubke

Karsten Bubke is a Senior Expert in Lithography at Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Dresden, where they are responsible for ramping the 300mm line for MEMS, mixed-signal, and power semiconductors since 2019. Prior to this role, Karsten served as a Senior R&D Engineer at AMTC, focusing on high-end lithography options, and as a Member of the Technical Staff at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where they optimized lithography processes. Karsten began their career as a Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IOF, developing optical systems for sensor applications. They hold a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig and a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, along with completing a student research project in Physics at the University of Southampton.
