Katja Kaiser

Katja Kaiser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership training and coaching, currently serving as an Expert for Leadership Trainings and Coaching at Bosch since September 2006. Throughout her tenure, Katja has held various roles, including Senior Manager of HR Knowledge Management and Online Media and HR Business Partner. Katja possesses a Dipl. Betriebswirtin (FH) in Internationale Betriebswirtschaft from Hochschule Furtwangen and an MBA in General Growth Management from the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Katja received training as a person-centred coach from Institut Facilitate.
