Key Baars

Key Baars has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as a Director at Bosch since September 2016, where responsibilities include leading the development and industrialization of charging products with a focus on user experience and innovative processes. Key Baars has achieved significant improvements in EBIT through the implementation of a cross-functional agile approach, optimizing sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery. Prior roles at Bosch include Director of Process Development, leading a team of 30 engineers in international manufacturing, and various managerial positions focused on manufacturing engineering and international coordination. Key Baars began as a Project Manager and Process Engineer at Bosch, contributing to corporate manufacturing planning and development. An educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Material Science from Technische Universität Berlin, along with studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Universität des Saarlandes.
