Lars Joost is a System Architect for MEMS Systems at Bosch, where they lead the design and development of complex Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems. They focus on translating customer requirements into technical specifications while managing project risks and strategic planning. Lars has previously worked as a Research Assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and as a Working Student at Burckhardt Compression, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing and process automation. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mechatronics at Aachen University of Applied Sciences and have also completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with honors from Kiel University of Applied Sciences.
