Lars Lepik possesses extensive experience in the automotive and hydrogen sectors, currently holding multiple roles at Bosch since November 2015, including Corporate Compliance Investigations and Technical Compliance within Automotive Electronics. Additionally, Lars serves as Director of Hydrogen Consulting and Project Management at Lepik Hydrogen since February 2019. Prior experience includes leading hydrogen engine software engineering at ALSET GLOBAL and development engineering focusing on powertrain research at BMW Group from September 2003 to January 2012. Lars holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, complemented by studies at De La Salle University.
