Ralf Wegst is currently the Head of Department for the Development of Systems and E-Drives at Bosch, leading projects focused on electrified mobility solutions. Previously, Ralf served as Program Director for E-Drives and Power Electronics at Bosch, where they coordinated strategic projects in e-mobility. With a background in developing advanced design methodologies for electric drives, Ralf has held various engineering and management roles within Robert Bosch GmbH since 2002. Ralf holds a Diplom in Physics from the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT), completed in 1996.
