Sergey Mishakin

Sergey Mishakin is a Computer Vision Expert currently employed at Bosch since November 2022, previously serving as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at ARRIVAL from February 2020 to October 2022, where contributions included the development of a calibration rig for camera intrinsics. Prior to ARRIVAL, Sergey worked as a Deep Learning Engineer at Intel Corporation from April 2018 to February 2020, focusing on training neural networks for the OpenVINO Framework. Sergey has a rich background in research, having spent over a decade at the Institute of Applied Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, concluding as a Senior Researcher, where key projects involved finite-element and finite difference analysis of electromagnetic and heat problems, as well as particle-tracking codes for electron optics. Sergey holds a Master's degree in Physics from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod and a PhD in Physics from the Institute of Applied Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
