Stefan Gruffke

Stefan Gruffke has extensive experience in finance and controlling, having worked at Bosch since 1997. Currently the Vice President Finance and Controlling at Robert Bosch GmbH, Stefan has held various leadership roles within different business units. Stefan has a strong background in planning, forecasting, reporting, policy deployment, measure tracking, and strategic planning. Stefan has also worked on transfer price controlling, period-end closing, and the development of commercial processes and IT systems. With a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Bielefeld University, Stefan has demonstrated their expertise through various roles and projects in the field of finance and controlling.
