Stephan Eisenlauer

Stephan Eisenlauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Since 2018, Stephan has been freelancing, providing consulting and support for project management in mid-sized companies and startups. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2008, Stephan worked at Bosch, initially as a developer focused on radar and video driver assistance systems, and later as a strategic patent portfolio manager and international project manager, where responsibilities included international project management and sales. From 2015 to 2020, Stephan served as a Project Management Officer at Bosch Renningen, emphasizing agile methods, training new project managers, and organizational development. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering and Systems Technology from Universität Ulm (1996-2002) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2012.
