Szymon Araczewski

Szymon Araczewski is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and IT management. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Development and Regional President at Bosch since January 2021, Szymon leads an international team focused on IT Competence Centers within the EMEA region, particularly in Warsaw, Poland. Prior to Bosch, Szymon held various roles at BSH Home Appliances Group from April 2006 to December 2020, including Regional IT Manager and Head of IT for Poland, contributing to enterprise IT services and business transformation initiatives. Szymon also founded Codefarm, an IT consulting company, and has served as an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics. Szymon holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Quantitative Methods from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
