Tamara Baral

Tamara Baral currently serves as the Team Lead for Sales Controlling and Deputy Group Manager at Bosch, where responsibilities include coordinating the sales controlling team and fulfilling a business analyst role. With extensive experience in worldwide and European sales controlling, Tamara acts as the primary contact for sales managers and customer teams, overseeing the global sales and margin reporting processes. Prior to this, Tamara participated in a corporate study program in industrial management, gaining exposure across various departments and completing a significant assignment in overhead-controlling at a plant in Madrid, Spain. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and completed secondary education at Fritz-Erler-Schule Pforzheim.
