Umair Ali

Umair Ali is a research scientist at the University of Paderborn, where they are engaged in designing and characterizing a 160 Gbit/s multiplexer for high-speed binary data generators. They obtained a Master’s degree in Microelectronics and Microsystems from Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg, where they focused on FPGA-based control logic for semiconductor test systems. Umair has previous experience as an ASIC design and verification engineer and has worked with various organizations, including NXP Semiconductors and Whizz Systems. Currently, Umair aims to advance their career in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
