Zsofia Horvath

Zsofia Horvath has extensive experience in organizational development and project management, currently leading a team at Bosch focused on business excellence and transformational change. Since joining Bosch in October 2016, Zsofia has developed strategic objectives and driven the transition to a hybrid working model. Prior to Bosch, Zsofia served as a B2P Operations Manager at GE, managing multiple operational teams across Europe, and held leadership roles in treasury and accounts receivable at BT, where project involvement included implementing cash management systems. Earlier experience includes logistics analysis at Fibria, a leading paper pulp producer. Zsofia holds a degree from Eszterházy Károly Főiskola.
