Bud MacLellan

Bud MacLellan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the audio industry, particularly focused on automotive applications. At Bose Corporation since November 2018, Bud serves as a Principal Engineer, overseeing the design and construction of critical listening rooms globally and developing listening skills courses. Previous roles at Bose from January 1990 to February 2018 included Lead Acoustic Engineer, Sr. Engineering Support Manager, and Engineering Support Manager, where responsibilities encompassed OEM audio systems integration and prototyping, as well as designing audio systems for GM vehicles. Bud's early career includes serving as an EQ Designer for automotive audio systems and owning Studio 44 Recording Studios, which involved studio design and engineering. Bud holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology and an Associate degree in Building Construction from Wentworth Institute of Technology, along with a Unix certificate from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
