Carrie Craig, MBA, ITILv4, currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Applications Delivery at Bose Corporation since April 2023. Previous experience includes holding the role of Director of Enterprise Business Applications at WD-40 Company, where Carrie led a $24M digital transformation that streamlined over 25 legacy applications into 6 strategic SaaS solutions and established the organization's Architectural Review Board for governance and KPI management. Prior to this, Carrie managed a $27M IT budget at NuVasive, delivered significant portfolio initiatives, and developed an enterprise application roadmap for international subsidiaries.
