David Santos

David Santos has extensive experience in global business services, operations, and process improvement spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Business Services at Bose Corporation since May 2010, Santos has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of Global Business Operations and Director of Employee Services. Prior to Bose, Santos worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company, where positions included Director of Operations Control & Performance. Earlier career roles at Bose and Picturetel included various managerial and analyst positions in supply chain and technology. David Santos holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
